At Opus Art Supplies, we want you to be fully inspired by your purchase; if a product doesn't meet your creative needs, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase to be eligible.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account to view your recent orders and select the 'Request Return' option, or visit any of our retail locations with your original receipt.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused items in their original shipping box or a sturdy equivalent, ensuring all fragile art materials are properly cushioned.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
