Made with lignin-free alpha cellulose, this natural white, acid-free, 40lb (80 gsm) paper is very absorbent, ideal for freestyle brush painting, with quick movements yielding expressive lines. Its slightly variegated look with a subtly rough texture allow for a beautiful variety of effects. Ideal for traditional sumi inks and india ink, try this paper for both brush painting and as a receptive surface for calligraphy.
This 9" x 12" pad features a liner between sheets so you can work in the pad without ink bleeding through to the next sheet of paper.
